Method:
1. Take ghee in the sauce pan and add thin vermicelli in it. Fry it until it turns golden brown.
2. Soak cuddapah almonds in water. Chop almonds and cashew. You can also add resins, dates as per needed.
3. Add 5 to 6 strands of saffron in milk and keep aside.
4. Once the vermicelli turns golden add 2 cups sugar ( as per the sweetness needed) and let the sugar dissolve.
5. Add the boiled milk in the pan along with the dry fruits and cuddapah almonds.
6. Once the ghee starts floating on the milk add saffron milk and stir for 2 mins.
7. For serving use chopped dry fruits and some saffron strands.
